Every care is taken to clearly label each package to ensure a safe and smooth transit. Please note most of our goods will have a maximum declared value of $100 CND to help keep shipping costs down. Customs policies vary from country to country.
If you refuse or wish to return a shipment from Lisa Young Lee Inc., you are responsible for the original shipping charges plus any import fees that are incurred, as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Countries Excluded From Our Shipping: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following continents and countries: Africa, South America, India, Russia, Ukraine, UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.
STANDARD DELIVERY FAQS
All orders received before 12 pm EST during business hours, will be shipped the same day. There may be exceptions for peak holiday times, but we will endeavor to process your purchase as quickly as possible. Once shipped by FedEx or DHL, they will send you a confirmation email.
Who do you use for Deliveries?
Canada Post for Standard Shipping in Canada, FedEx for Canadian Express and US Standard Shipping and Express, and DHL for International orders. Please note that FedEx do not deliver to Post Boxes, or military bases at this time.
Please note, should FedEx be unable to access your Apartment building or apartment, you will most likely be required to pick up your order at their closest depot (please remember to input your buzz code).
My package should be here by now, where is it?
If you have checked your tracking number and it says delivered please contact FedEx at 1.800.463.3339 and please have your tracking number ready.
I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
We suggest you contact FedEx to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, and it is sent back to us, we will resend it to your correct address. We regret that you will be charged the additional shipping fee.
